I’m a Content Writer and Strategist for Coaches, Consultants, and Executives based in Hudson Valley, New York.

Who am I? Thank you for asking!

Here are a few things you should know:

• I'm originally from Baltimore, Maryland, but have been living in the Hudson Valley since 2015.

• I enjoy photography (as you may have noticed)

• I drove a school bus for 5 years. It paid the bills (barely), but I decided I wanted to do more than just pay the bills. I wanted work that I enjoyed and kept me engaged in what I do best - creative thinking, coming up with new ideas, and writing.

• After dedicating 3 years to full-time caregiving through the pandemic, I took a leap and began pursuing work that I truly enjoy - content strategy and writing - and that's what I've been doing since 2023 for coaches, consultants, and thought leaders.

When I'm not working, you can find me singing, dancing, or knee-deep in a great conversation with friends.
